Privacy policy

This site is run by Oto Charles (oto@otocharles.com).

What I collect

When you fill in a form, I collect what you type: your name, email, Instagram handle or website, ad spend range and any message, plus which link brought you to the form. When you visit, the Meta Pixel and similar tools collect standard browsing data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

How I use it

To send you the audit you asked for, to reply to you, and to measure and improve my own ads. I don’t sell your information.

Who else sees it

My form provider (Netlify), my email provider (Zoho), my scheduling tool (Calendly) and Meta, only as needed to run this site and my ads.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to delete it, or for up to 2 years after we last spoke.

Your choices

Email oto@otocharles.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from me.
